Can I get logos or graphics?
Call for pricing. We are happy to add simple bullets, arrows,
starbursts or other "wing dings" at no extra charge.

Can I get a second color?
We are happy to add a second stock color to your banner; however,
the additional time required can be substantial, so we do charge
at least a 25% surcharge.

Can you print on both sides?
Double-sided banners require a special material. To keep prices
as low as possible, we do not carry this material, however, we
can special order, just contact us for a quote.

you clearly request this format.

Do the banners have slits for wind?
Our banners are heavy and will hold up fine in regular to moderate
winds. Using bungee cords instead of or in addition to rope, will
relieve some strain from heavier winds. Our production process
does not allow us to individually cut banners. You're always free
to cut them yourself with an exacto or utility knife, but if hung
properly and not exposed to gale force winds, it should not be

Can I provide my own artwork?
Yes, but only if provided in EPS file format (Adobe Illustrator
CS2 or older). If we see a problem we will advise you. Remember,
at this time we do not offer logos.

Can I see a design without ordering and giving my credit card
number?
With our low prices and fast production times, we don't have the
extra personnel to design banners without a submitted order.

When will I receive a proof?
For orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri., your proof will be emailed
or faxed in 1-2 business days.

You should contact us immediately via email
or at 636-272-7446, in the event there may be a problem with the
order or email system.

What if I don't like the design on the proof?
We're happy to take suggestions and make an additional change
to your design and provide another proof at no charge. We want
you to be totally happy with your banner. However, please submit
the most accurate information to be certain your proof and finished
product will be what you are expecting.

How long does it take to get my banner?
We will usually ship your banner within 3-4 business days after
we receive your proof approval. Shipping will take from
1-4 business days, depending on where you are located. Realistically,
you should expect to receive your banner 4-7 business
days after placing your order; depending on how fast you approve
the proof and where you are located. Check
our map of approximate delivery days. For tight deadline work,
be sure and email
us before ordering for a definite delivery commitment and
we will advise you on the delivery times.

Standard UPS shipping is $11.50 for your entire order; Two-Day
and Next-Day are also available.

How do I store my banner?
Always roll your banner with the PRINT OUT and store in the quality
box we ship your product in. Don't store in extreme heat, like
the trunk of your car for extended periods. Never fold. With these
precautions, your banner can last for years.
